Small family-run business certified SQNPI (Sustainable Agriculture). For four generations we have been working with respect for nature and the grapes that give our 15 hectares of vineyards. In the cellar we work to preserve and fully bring out all the characteristics of the grapes harvested strictly by hand in crates.
We are very attached to the traditional family production taught by Nonno Tonio, who always seeks the genuineness of the wine. Compared to the past, we have improved various aspects of winemaking: From temperature-controlled tanks for our Roero Arneis (the finest white wine in Piedmont), to mechanical winemakers to control maceration on the skins and red wine fermentations.
